Hi all,
I have just had a few problems with my notebook. I am running windows vista ultimate and Nod32 antivirus 3.0.621.0
the problem I had was the following when I booted the notebook.
Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library
this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way
while in safe mode, I found out the problem was the system date had somehow changed from the year 2008 to the year 15080. Once this was changed back and I booted into normal mode everything was working again, except when I ran my Nod32 antivirus to make sure my system is clean.
I now have a white stripe along the top of the program there the menu was and black squares where the buttons use to be. the menu down the side is still there and I can still see all the writing.
Does anyone know why parts of the programs visual program are now missing? and how do it go about fixing it.
I have tried a reinstall but still results in the same problem
below is an images with the missing parts

Thank you
Steve
