Problem updating Mcafee 8 with superdat

When i try to update Mcafee 8 with sdat4322 i get the message "Unable to find any qualifying products". My operating system is Windows XP. Any help?

make sure you have the newest scan engine I believe it is 4320 before you try to update and see if that helps

AFAIK, McAfee 8.x can't be updated using DATs/SuperDATs.
These update files are compatible with 7.x products, though.

When I had mcafee v.8 I downloaded super dats at www. nai.com all the time instead of auto update.
