View Full Version : 672 and expiration date info

I did and upgrade yesterday from 669 to 672 which went very smoothly. Everything is running fine here with one small exception. The license expiration date info has disappeared from the "Protection status" window. I had it briefly yesterday after a second re-boot but today after starting my PC it is gone again. Updates, both manual and automatic work fine, and I have about 14 months left on my 2 years license.
Not a big deal really. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this.

Expiration Date has disappeared on mine also after upgrading to 672. No other problems, however.

Mine was there after upgrading but I've just checked again and now it's vanished.

Please PM me your username so that I check it on the database server the program retrieves this information from.

Mine reappeared only after manually trying to update. Definitions were already up to date but the expiry date suddenly reappeared.

Same here. Marcos suggested this to me in his PM.
Cheers Marcos :)

I seem to remember this happening a few months ago with a previous release.

Although it hasn't happened to me this time, I do vaguely remember it happening before. Can't now remember when, or for how long, but it appeared to 'fix' itself, presumably after a subsequent update.

Mine has vanished again after the latest signature update :(

My expiration date has disappeared once again also after starting up this morning. It was there for the last few days, but... Manual updates make no difference but the signatures update ok and all else is operating normally. Another mystery, I guess.
