firewall and firefox help

im using windows vista and i have all the protection from it (windows firewall etc.), so i downloaded Smart Security and as soon as i did i can't connect ot firefox or internet explorer. i can connect to my xbox live and to AIM but not firefox and IE7. can someone help me?

Hello,

use the latest version and be sure that other security programs has been uninstalled, firewall in Windows should be disabled. After it tell us, if you use firewall in automatic or interactive mode.
