View Full Version : Client not listed in RA Console

Dear all,

I've just purchased NOD32 Business Edition.
I've tried Push Installation on 4 clients that running Windows XP Pro SP2.
2 of them are listed in Remote Admistrator Console while another 2 are not.

Any idea why it won't be listed?
I've tried adding port 2221~2224 on clients, disable windows firewall, restart clients.

Thanks for any advises.

did you use same package with configuration for all four, was NOD32 installation successful on all?

Are you sure it's not a routing issue, can all 4 clients ping the server?

Also remember it takes a few minutes for it to show up on the RA console.

Are you sure you haven't enabled filtering on the left panel on the RA console?

all 4 clients can ping to the server, can update from the server as well.
and the "Use filter" option at the left side of RA Console is not tick.
i've keep refreshing for 2hours already..:(
i've even restart the administrator service.

any pre-installation step should i take note?
