Cannot Ping WAN IPs

I apologize if I missed this as a previous post somewhere, I looked, but did not find it.

I can ping LAN ips, just fine.

No WAN IPS work, even though they ping fine from cmd prompt. Any WAN ip i try times out, even though the cmd/ping times are well below the ping timeout set in ColaSoft.

Just try to modify the Ping-timeout value in the "options". make it bigger.
