The products of ESET get slower and slower

Hello!

The products of ESET get slower and slower since some versions.
Despite exceptions the areas which shall not be examined are nevertheless searched.
NOD V.3 does not remember the files scanned already. I thought at intelligent this would scan be so.
The exception lists seems NOD to ignore.
Why the old version causes no problems (unless the reconnaissance instalment perhaps, if at all)?
Is recovery in view?
I feel slowly no more at the new version of NOD like permanently deactivating the scanner at important things.
