mouse dissapearing

Hi
I have this weird issue lately. When I have Windows Live Messenger open and the mouse is over it's windows and not moving, the pointer disappears. When I move the mouse I can see the pointer again.
This only happens when messenger, not on any other window.
Does anyone have an idea why this happens?

Does it dissapear when typing? possiable you Enabled hide pointer when typing.

No, it always dissapears when I stop moving the mouse, it doesn't matter if I'm typing or not. And it only happens over messenger windows (main window and chat windows)

HURST, go to Mouse Properties, Pointers tab and select Windows Inverted (system scheme), click Apply and see if that helps the cursor regain focus.

No, it didn't helped...
It really isn't much of an issue, since when I move the mouse I see the pointer again, but it bothers me that something isn't working as it should.
