Download the latest version of ESET Smart Security

I purchased ESET Smart Security and received an email with the Username and Password and instructed to download at:

ESET Smart Security for Microsoft Windows XP/Vista (64-bit):
http://download.eset.com/download/win/essbe/essbe_nt64_enu.msi

But when I copy and paste the Username and Password into the download window it only accepts the Username and returns with the Password blanc.

Can anyone help?

I'm running Vista.

Same thing here.

Just bought Eset Smart security and can't download the file.
The password box just erases my password and says I need a username and password.

Well......as a work around I will download a trial copy and try the password on that later.

The link points to Business Edition. Did you actually purchase a BE license?
