Which program do I use to open datebase update?

Just dowloaded datebase update. Program wants to know which program I should use to open data base update.
Any Suggestions

You do not have to open it..... Just save it to your TDS directory overwriting your old radius file, then restart TDS.... You should be good to go ;) ....
