God, this cloud computing thing is getting about as old as Web 2.0 to me. Has anyone actually sat down and thought these things through? Do you really want server farms to be in control of your data AND your security? This stuff along with a few other computing "breakthroughs" in recent times will be in the " Failed Tech" Top 10 lists of future magazine issues. You have to remember, those server farms are just as susceptible to problems and attacks as your own system is...and you can't fix a problem that isn't on your own system.
