I see that eztrust and panda platinum are now for free, but which one is better in this:
1.- unpacking engine
2.-database
3.-euristics
4.-update
5.-mail protection
6.-trojan protection
Thanks for answering

In my opinion I would have to say I prefer panda 7. Others will no doubt like etrust. This is not always an easy this or that is better question to answer. But again I have used both programs and I think panda is a better av IMO.

Have to agree with BigC on this one too. Panda seems to actually delete offending files especially in the Zip Archives if you so wish. Puts my mind at ease more I guess. ;)

Hi!
Where can I get eTrust free? Because I downloaded that EZ Armor from Microsoft but it is trial. So I had to download eTrust promotional version now.

At the moment I prefer Vet

6 of one and half a dozen of the other :)
I use Vet as my "real time scanner" only because of personal preference and I use both for my "on demand scanning " as they are real fast scanners . I have hureustics ticked as it doesnt come by default with it ticked , for both "real time " and for "on demand"

As far as I know , there have not been any serious tests , (outside of VB100 awards where it attained 20 ) InnoculateIT has 16 )
perhaps Rocktop will test it in one of their tests this year .
The web site for vet is. http://www.vet.com.au/ I feel very safe with VET
