exactly how does spyware blaster protect against spyware?
I ask because I also use spybot's immunize feature and know either this or spybot adds blocked sites to the browser (IE adds restricted sites to the browser's pop-up, cookies, etc. and tells the browser to block that site).

{QUOTE-> exactly how does spyware blaster protect against spyware?
<-QUOTE}The main protection SpywareBlaster and Spybot's Immunization provide is ActiveX, Restricted Sites and Cookie protection. They both add their entries to the appropriate registry location for Internet Explorer. Some of the entries contained in each respective database is identical. For this reason, if you disable Spywareblasters protection, the identical entries placed their by Spybot will be removed also. Likewise, if you disable Spybot's Immunization protection, the identical entries placed their by Spywareblaster will be removed also.
