ESET NOD32: threats not detected!

I was very disappointed with NOD32 because it did not detect some threats, even with complete scan.
I felt these viruses because my computer has become slow and a file LSASS.EXE fate whenever the score in partition c:
I want to help ESET users for that ESET make update to know this virus.
This is the name of the virus:"Worm.Win32.Delf.hq", i can't send file because i uninstalled NOD32 ~snipped ot dribble~

There are tons of examples where one AV detects samples missed by other AV and vice-versa. I could say I have thousands of files missed by the AV you mentioned that are detected by NOD32. It's a matter of fact that no AV detects 100% of all threats and thus using common sense and keeping the system up to date matters a lot. If you come across a suspicious file, send it to samples[at]eset.com in a rar/zip archive protected with the password "infected".
