Ok, I renewed my Nod32 a week or so ago, and I got an email stating that it could be renewed for 1 PC, and it would cost more to renew it for 2. It said please authorize the difference in a reply. I decided not to reply, and I was charged for 1 PC.

The problem is, I never got an email stating my user name and password, and so I cannot update my nod32.

You should contact ESET or the one you paid to for the software.

Small Bump

Alright, I can confirm that I've paid for $155 NOD32. It says on the email I did recieve, that it would cost $155 for 2 PCs. Also, on the email it said to confirm an extra $25 for a licence upgrade to 2 PCs (since my licence was a 1pc, yet I didn't know that). So, I didn't reply, and I havent got my email
I would like someone to help straighten this out. Please

Those prices sound like they're in Australian dollars. Are you dealing with the Australian Distributor at www.eset.com.au ? If so, you need to send and receive back the email from them. They turn those around fairly quickly, so, if no email replies are coming back, look to your spam filters or folders. Perhaps in your next message, also give them an alternate email address, one without any filtering, just so they can contact you. They could be trying and trying, yet, none of their emails are getting through.

{QUOTE-> Those prices sound like they're in Australian dollars. <-QUOTE}Sounds like it to me as well, 2 user x 2 year renewal license plus CD = Aus$155.00

As above, please check your spam filters as the license process is automated; failing this send an email to sales @ eset.com.au and request a further copy.

Cheers ;D

The next move is yours. Blackspear's and my advice is still hat you need to do.

You bought from the Australian distributor. Email them at the address in Blackspears post above. Provide them with both your purchase email address and some alternative, as I mentioned, because if you are still not getting their reply emails, they are being lost in spam filters. So also give them a different, non-filtered email address to contact you with.

Their phone number is (07) 3325 2999
