Free/Cheap Exchange Mail?

Does anybody know of a free or cheap exchange email host like Mail2web.com that offers Push mail via activesync and has Outlook desktop access and calander support?

hmailserver (http://www.hmailserver.com/) is one. but no calendar support. been using it for 4 years.

egroupware (http://www.egroupware.org/) seems more full-featured , with calendar support, but might be difficult to setup.

both are FREE!
