We've got a managed server that has Nod32 V3.0.657 on it. We have Nod scanning incoming files via the command line. We've had a number of occasions when the server would reboot for no reason, usually when Nod is processing a lot of incoming files.
We've had Microsoft take a look at the server memory dumps, logs, etc and they have pointed the finger at Nod. Our hosting provider is being less then helpful in this matter. Can anybody here point us in a direction that might help?

We have 2 Windows 2003 servers load balanced. The machines are functioning as web servers and both machines have failed due to this issue.

Thanks
Geoff

Hi, what is the mechanism you are using to invoke the command line scanner? I'm asking because we don't provide direct support for external use of the command line scanner. But if it’s something simple, we may be able to provide you with some direction. btw, are you also running real-time file system protection concurrently?
