The above file was deleted by NOD32, confusing it with a trojan. However, it is a file I need to play a certain game. Is there anyway to add this file to NOD32, to prevent this?
Thank you

If you are reporting a potential false positive, please provide as much information as possible about the source of the software, including the name of the developer, the name and version application and the address of the site from which the file was downloaded. <-QUOTE}

Thank you and sorry for my ignorance. I will certainly follow that procedure.
Thanks again,

Yes, just add the path to the file you want NOD32 to ignore to the "exclusions" list in the advanced setup tree.

Actually mongatu, I had already done that and it seemed to be fine for several weeks. All of a sudden they were detected/deleted.

Thank you both

This reminds me someone who needed to use a keygen in order to continue installation of a game. The only problem was that it was also a downloader that downloaded other malicious stuff to the computer. Please compress the file wit WinRAR/ZIP, protect the archive with the password !infected! and submit it to samplesúatäeset.com with "False positive ?" in the subject.

I did as what was suggested, zipped the virus' with password and sent with subject False Positive on 7/16/08. Then again sent the same email, including the information needed on 7/21/08. It is now 7/24/08 and I have heard nothing, even made sure it wasn't thought to be junkmail. Is this an even necessary process? Or can I just tell NOD32 know which directories to exclude? Please help me get this resolved.
Thank you
