enter your username/password and ensure they are correct - if your license is still valid, then the prompts will stop.

{QUOTE-> Thats what im saying i cant remember what username and password i entered, <-QUOTE}If you recall what e-mail address you used, I suggest using Esets Retrieve License Details form (http://www.eset.com/support/lost_license.php). Within minutes the info was mailed to me.
{QUOTE-> Lost Username and/or Password?
ESET's customers can recover a lost Username and/or Password by entering the email address used to purchase or activate the software or the Username, below. To find your username, open the NOD32 Control Center and select NOD32 System Tools -> Update and click on the Setup button. The Username will appear in the Automatic Update Setup window.
NOTE: You can use this form to request the Username and Password for a license purchased directly from ESET or one of our authorized distributors or resellers. If you are using a trial version or have changed your email address since the date of purchase, please contact our support department. <-QUOTE}
