workstation is hang

Good Day

One of our client have problem. They installed NOD32 to their server after they installed nod32. The client or their workstation is hang. They try to restart the server after that is ok a several minute is hang their workstation again. The server they use is 2003 for their DATABASE. Why is hang their workstation when they installed NOD32 to their server? Whats the problem for that?
