How to prevent a computer from listing more than once in ERAC

I've started to notice a few of my laptops being listed more than once in the Eset Remote Administrator Console (eg. MyComputername, then MyComputername 00001). I suppose it is happening because my end users are sometimes connected while in the office and sometimes connected through a VPN connection or Wireless connection.

How do I prevent this from happening? It is consuming licenses and I don't have many more.
