View Full Version : Acronis True Image Enterprise Server - remote agent distribution

Hi,

I've installed Acronis True Image Management Console On my pc (client XP).
Trying to run Agent remote install to a Server 2003 (in the same domain) by Administrator user login..the error is "Error #1.219" during network access..

Trying to run agent directly bu open the folder \\mypc\program files\common file\acronis\*agent.msi I receive the errror "access denied"


Why this?
Can I install the management console on a client or I have to install it on server directly?

Please notice that a new build (8115) (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/support/updates/) of Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIESWin/) was recently released. To get access to updates you should first register (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/registration/) your software. Please don't forget to update all installed components, as they need to be the same build in order to interact properly.

Please also make sure all settings are set as described in chapter 4.2 "Installing/updating Acronis components on remote machines" of Acronis True Image Echo Enterprise Server (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIESWin/) User's Guide (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/download/docs/).

Acronis Management Console can be installed on any computer of the network with supported operating system.
