I found a machine on which ATI11 bootCD sees all the drives and so I did a restore using the CD made with ATI 11 build 8101. After the restore, the storage volume name had bogus characters at its tail, which is what cause the error message when you use Safely Remove Hardware.
One more thing not fixed with build 101.

Hello shieber,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
We are sorry for delayed response.
Could you please provide some details; i.e., drive and partition setup, operating system installed, was only a partition a whole drive backed up and restored, the type of USB device used? Could you please also make sure Acronis Bootable Rescue Media indicates build 8101 in the Help -> About?
The thing is, the issue was really supposed to be fixed in the 8101 build, and our testers indicated that it was.
Thank you.

That issue is not listed as being fixed in the "Changes" section of build #8101 on the Acronis Updates page (https://www.acronis.com/my/updates/index.html). It lists only:
-{ Quote: "Fixed the issue with Windows Vista activation status in Try&Decide mode.
Fixed the restoration from incremental password protected archive under Windows Vista x64 SP1 Fixed the bug with system state backup creation under Windows Vista.
" }-
Are there other fixes that are supposed to be in 8101 but which are not listed? If so, let us know and we can test them.
