i know there is supposed to be issues with kis2009.. but i uninstalled that and ran a few days with nothing installed with the same very issues. so then i reinstalled vista from scratch never even installed kis2009 same thing.. crashes constantly.
2 of the major causes are verizon.net and yahoo.com.
one major issue i have which does not occur with ie but DOES also with opera is with verizon.net. if i open ff3 and have that page open and do my thing check the mail browse a bit etc.. then go to another page then want to go back home ieither clicking the home icon or by retyping the page in.. either way i get a blank page and nothing. the only way to get it to come back up is to actually close ff3 and then i can open it again ONE TIME. same result with opera BUT if i click refresh for a while to try to get it to reload with ff3 it simply crashes out on me. opera at least will not crash i just get the blank page.
now with yahoo mail it just instantly usually crashes out ff3. opera suprising for them works fine with yahoo mail 0 issues. with ff3 it just closes and says ff3 has crashed etc etc... VERY annoying.. yahoo is among many sites that seem to affect ff3 for some reason.
this is NOT just one system and not on the same net connection nor on the same antivirus etc... they dont seem to have anything but maybe vista in common
