I have now been waiting 2 days for a response from Acronis tech support to a problem I emailed them about. How long do they take????

i have been trying to resolve a problem with them for over 2 months now. Each response from them takes about a week. Even after they promised to do better It still takes a week. Good luck.

It may be quicker to post your problem here .... one of the many regular posters might be able to give you a solution.

Acronis Support is often quite slow, although they can be knowledgeable and helpful when you can finally reach them. Post a good problem description here, with details of your setup and what you have tried and what results you saw. You may find that someone here can provide a solution or a workaround.
