How do I uninstall this software?

I downloaded a software "TMPGEnc 2.5" that converts AVI(*.AVI) file into MPEG-1/2, in which you can find at this site:
http://www.pegasys-inc.com/en/index.html

It tells me I have 5 more days as a free trial, however, i want to uninstall it, but I don't see it in my "add or remove" area in my computer. Please help me. How do I find it in my system and to get rid of it. Please reply as soon as possible.

if you are running XP
1- open system restore make sure you have a restore point prior to the date you have installed the program
2- go to c:\program files >delete its folder
3- use system restore

alternatively, you might check in the program menu in your start menu or, failing that, in the folder where it is installed in your computer to see if they have an uninstall program for it there

How do I find and open "system restore"?? Where do I find that. I have xp.

start>all programs>accessories (look for system restore)
