Cannot deinstall Acronis License Server

I have installed a license server a few month ago. It is the version 9.1.0.3887. Now I want to install the newer version 9.5.0.8076. But if I start the install, there is a failure that say's me that an older version is already installed.
My problem is that i can not deinstall the old License Server. If i try to with "Remove/Add Programs" there is no error but it it is still installed. I tried to start the old setup and choose the option "remove". Doesn't work. The setup said that it can not be deinstalled and that I have to try it again. The OS is Windows Vista.
