I have changed my computer to auto-sleep if its inactive for more than 15 mins. Is there anyway to have true image wake-up the computer so the backups start (at 3am)? I am running Vista x64 and True Image 11 Home.

Trueimage's scheduler will not wake a PC from standby/sleep (S2 or S3). You will need to use the Windows Task Scheduler if you want ATI tasks to run on a sleeping PC.
It's a bit of work to set up but after that it's set and forget. Everything you need to know is in this thread:

The solution works. However, another user and I have reported that you will NOT be able to run a task that calls for differential or incremental backups. It will run full backups fine, but not differentials/incrementals.

Using ATI 11 on Vista Home Premium, I was able to launch differential backup tasks using Vista's Task Scheduler. The differentials actually seemed to always be full images, but that's a separate issue. The tasks did run.

Hello tuttle and SHP,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Backup software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Could you please submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/) with the description of the issue which is deal with creating full backups instead of inc/diff ones? This would let us investigate the case and provide you with the appropriate solution.
Thank you
