Installation Errors

I just finished installing both TI and DDS and got the same error on both of them when trying to start them up. I couldn't see any reason for separate threads, since the errors are the same. What is wrong?

In what order did you install them?

Nevermind. The dummy forgot to reboot after the installs. A light flickered on right after I posted.
