I upgraded to a new computer and purchased a new version of true image home and used the old usb hard drive as the backup drive.
The task scheduler will not accept any account or password so no scheduled accounts can be run. I reformated the backup drive,uninstalled and reinstalled the software but still have the problem.

What version and build of TI do you have? (Help /About shows that.)
Do you have a password set for when you boot into your operating system?
When you say you uninstalled and reinstalled the software, do you mean TI?
