death trojan

Hi, I am currently lurkingon irc and have noticed a new channel appear, htis channel appears to be a link to the death trojan, printing user/pc info with ip address, anyone know of how to inform the owners of the computer with ip address alone? typical msg:

Optix_Pro_v1.32_Server_Online:_{Ip_address:_[24-241-197-191]}{Computer_Name:_TIFFANY}{Current_User_Name:_ROBIN}{Identification_name:_Death}{Installed_Trojan_Port:_21}{Windows_Version:_Windows_XP_5.1_2600_}{Webcam:_No}

Hi, in IRC you could just post a general message without mentioning the complete IP, that there seems to be a trojan warning on 24.214.....
Or in TDS, Network, UDP broadcast, try to send a warning on the computer immediately through some open port on that system like port 21 maybe.
Several ways there.

Optix Pro trojan on that IP, whois will give you contact for the network owner if you want to report it to the ISP :)
