We have ESS Smart Security - Remote Server which encountered the following error
2008-06-22 10:19:56.250] V1 [485a55ff0000] [0000040c] <UPDATER_ERROR> Error: Update failed, code: 4, additional code: 4612
while update. This information gathered from Server Option's log. We have configured the server update through ISA-2000 Proxy. Update through direct ADSL connection is working fine.
Please help me.
