Acronis True Image Echo Workstation v9.5 help

I have a HP Compaq dx2400 microtower workstation and I am using the boot cd to try to image the hd to a network resource but it just says that I do not have permission. I suspect that the network drivers are not loading because it is not even asking me for credentials. Also I tried it on a different machine a Dell dimension 2350 and it worked just fine. I would really appreciate some help with this if anyone has found a solution.

As far as I understood the issue is that when you are trying to back up to the NAS you get an error message saying that yod don't have enough priviliges. So please correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm correct could you please clarify if the same error message comes up when you try to back up to the same NAS under Windows? This would let us localize the issue.
