Completely uninstall ESS 3.0.657.0-workaround?

I need to uninstall ESS 3.0.657.0 because the uninstalling program is defective. It starts the process but never finishes and it would not remove all the files in the ess folder. Now I have a semi-installed software which obviously doesnt work properly. How can I completely wipe it from my PC? I want to instal EAV afterwards.
Would you happen to know a script to do it or a workaround?

mine got to r3 seconds remaining and stayed like that for 20 minutes! but it went in the end. can you reboot the pc and try eset's uninstaller again? just leave it it will go eventually (did for me anyway)

Reinstalling rebooting, removing and rebooting again solved the problem.
