Where did my download (of 4.1) go?

I "disabled all protection", then de-installed 4.0 and then downloaded 4.1.

My question: where is 4.1 on my computer? (It's not in c:/Download)

If I can't find it how can I install it?

Also, could someone summarize for me exactly what these files are that I have to run and "protect" all the time. I know I'm protecting them from spyware, but what are "they"? I guess I don't understand the basic premise of Spyware Blaster. Just give me an url or something.

Try START/SEARCH .. all files & folders .. type in first line there .. spywareblaster 4.1 .. may bring up a LOT of stuff? .. I have my firefox set to ASK me where I want to download thngs . then I know:) ..
