I installed Active@ Disk Image as trial. Then i try to image the disk. This error appeared:
What´s the problem?

its mention vss .....maybe there is something in the background runing thats prevent VSS service from running? try temp disable and AV or secuirty program and reimage

FD-ISR is installed and running. Could this be the problem??

It could, but shouldn't. SP uses VSS and runs along side FDISR.
There may be a bug.

In general, which other error's are shown by the first command within this (http://forum.storagecraft.com/Community/files/folders/supportwhitepapers/entry310.aspx) pdf?
I suppose a corrupt com catalog (http://windowsitpro.com/article/articleid/78675/jsi-tip-6951-how-do-i-clean-up-a-damaged-com-catalog-in-windows-2000.html) could be suspect, hard to tell based on minimal info.

no other imaging software was installed before. I usually take disk image with acronis TI boot cd.
