Hello,
you know the idoits who review ssoftware called top ten reviews?
as far as i know they rank the one they pays them the most.
i just found the image for windows review funny

of course its gonna take ages if you backup to cd's and is such a stupid idea. anyone heard of external usb hard drives or even dvd's

That's what I always said : Terabyte is not for beginners.
A beginner doesn't even know, which program of Terabyte's collection, he has to use to do a backup, until other users tell him what to use. Terabyte looks like a mess of programs to an average user. In other words, Terabyte's GUI needs a face-lift.
Terabyte was my very first backup software. I never succeeded in doing a backup, I was completely lost.
I downloaded ATI and I did my first backup after 5 minuts.

have you not seen image for windows version 2?
its as easy if not easier to use than acronis.

very simple wizard GUI.
the rescue cd image for dos can take a while to get used to.
i would much rather show someone how to use image for dos rescue cd than risking them using something like acronis.

I agree IFW is very easy and fast to use. With an .bat file you are only two clicks away from an system backup. Another thing is it only installs the services you choose at install. Very nice and light.
