NEED HELP IN FINDING:-

Antiphishing
Anti-Rootkit/ Rootkit Detection
Privacy/ Identity protection
Website authentication
Network monitoring/ Wifi Wireless Protection
Firewall protection
Automatic backup and restore
PC performance tune
Automatic updates
Email scanning/ AntiPhishing
Parental controls

Extra features if you can find, not mandatory:-
Proactive Protection

Thanks in advance! :D

From what I understand. Winpooch looked promising but has been abandoned. I believe some people used it in combo with Clam AV.

You may want to give Untangle a look.

Are you looking for only open source programs or free programs too. In addition to AVG and Avira, Avast also have a free version. Avast free version also includes spyware protection and some of the other features your looking for. All three free AVs offer free updates to both the definitions and programs until the companies decide otherwise. If your looking for free programs then there are many available.

Firefox browser and it's many Add-ons may have some of the other features you mentioned and it's open-sourced.

Also, why not run Linux?
