Lame - Can't download

Bought smart security and got the two confirmation emails. Clicked the download link, and copied and pasted my username and password into the pop up box. Won't let me in.

Wanted to call to get it straightened out, but blocked by a "fill out this form and we'll call you within a day." /sigh...

Any ideas? As with most things - this is probably something extremely stupid - but I'll be darned if I can figure it out.

Also make sure that when you copy and paste from the email you don't pick up an extra space on the end. I have seen this cause username / password / serial number failures in many apps.

Maybe try typing it...
