Is there any special point (an e-mail address or something) where users can submit suspicious files? For instance if NOD32 will recognize some ?application.exe? as probably infected by unknown XXX/Yyyyy.Z virus (using standard/deep/advanced heuristic). :o

I'd like to inquire why we are not allowed to submit via quarantine which is the logical way to do it and the way most other av do it? I would be happy to submit if I could do it in an easy, fast, safe manner. I think Eset would get a lot more submissions if they allowed it to be done in this way.

I think Mele20 is right. Since Eset has established new (by naming?) servers for updates, they could make some quarantine submission point. It will be very comfortable and useful. For sure... And will broaden samples scope.
