Using ESS without a mouse

Is it possible to use ESS without a mouse?

I've got the following problem, some program crashed and killed my mouse. than it wants to send a bug report, so the firewall popped up. It was inpossible for me, to accept or decline the outbound connection. the only key that worked on the window was the return key, which opens and close the advanced options. no alt+key, no tab nor strg+some key...

is there a keyboard control implemented?

try keys alt tab, crtl, flag (vista) on the right side keyboard their is key that looks like a menu with arrow. By pressing the right keys you can open and close along using the arrows for all Windows OS. Takes time though to get the hang of it.
