Hello !
I was a happy Nod32 v2.7 user and a month ago I upgraded to v3.0.
Since then, I have a corrupted downloads problem. When I try to download with my browser files over 10 MB approx, either the download stops before end, either the downloaded file is corrupted  ???
Only HTTP downloads are affected. Files downloaded via P2P networks or Bittorrent are ok.
I tried shutting down my firewall, using another browser, disabling Nod32, always the same. Since it seemed to be a HTTP-related problem, I tried to disable the Nod32 Web Access Protection. Nothing. Then I found this trick (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=191247&page=4) (thanks Owca) on this forum. Killing the ekrn.exe service (Eset Service) solved the problem, I could download again ! To notice that this service keeps running when you disable Nod32 ?
Another workaround I found later that allows me to download normally : excluding my browser (Firefox) in Web Access Protection > HTTP > Web Browsers.
Sorry for the bla-bla, here are my questions : does other Nod32 v3.0 users have the same corrupted downloads problem ? Is there other solutions than killing ekrn.exe or disabling browsing protection ? ???
PS - I contacted Eset support, they told me to upgrade my version to 3.0.650.0 - without success. I'm waiting for other solutions from them.
