rundll32.exe help

i am new and totally lost.. i cant execute MOST programs let alone download and exeucute a program because it says my rundll32.exe isnt wwhere it is.. every program i try to run says the same thing that it isnt there but how can i click on something that isnt there when it clearly is.. i dont have the origanl disk so i cant reinstall windows.. so what do i do

you maybe infected with malware some malware camouflage themselves as rundll32.exe if you can try to d/l superantispy DrWebcureit and see if they find any thing.
