Cannot log in after parition resize *urgent*

I resized my I: partition from 8gb to 80gb
using free space on my C: partition.
After it went through all the processes and got onto windows
it stated

"security log full only admins can fix this"

I tried logging into the administrator account it logs on then immediately logs off,

I also tried in safe mode but I got nothing.

I am running on Xp professional service pack 2.

Please help I need to use the other computer for work.

This MS KB article (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/867860/en-us) says how to fix the error, but if you can get XP to load all the way, you won't be able to try it.

How much free space does the C: partition have left?

Did you do the procedure from Windows or when booted to the DD CD?

Well it said after the Resize the C would have about 160gb left,
and I clicked the commit button
and it said it needs to restart, it restarted
and came to a blue windows xp screen where it said checking C and I drives
then it said complete.

It came to the screen that said the log is full please log in as an admin
and It says logging on then immedietly says logging off.
