firewall that does this like PC Tools?

I noticed PC Tools firewall will give a notice of an outgoing internet attempt by also naming the site url, not just the IP address. This is very helpful but because of a conflict I am not able to use PC Tools firewall. Is there any other firewall or HIPS that will give the name of the site not just the IP address?

I should have stated earlier, I am using Vista. Otherwise I would give Jetico another look. What about Jetico 2? Does it show IP addresses or web site names?
