Your question is a little unclear, but basically AVG 8.0 Free combines real-time AV and AS filtering.

Support (updates) for AVG 7.5 (AS & AV, separately) will continue until the end of '08.
No need to be in a rush to install 8.
Unless you want to.
The 7.5 installers are no longer available (at Grisoft, anyway.)

ive found out already AVG Antimalaware is replaced by AVG Antivirus 8.0
