Hi,
I have Vista Ultimate X64 with SP1.
And I use four hard drive in RAID 0.
I try Acronis Home 11 and it's not work with this system.
I received:

So I would like to know what Acronis Products are Vista Ultimate X64 Ready and work with RAID 0
And if Acronis plan to make Acronis True Image ready for this system soon

Hello AcroNet,
Thank you for your interest in Acronis Backup software (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/).
Please be sure Acronis True Image 11 Home (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/) is fully compatible with Windows Vista x64 bit edition. So the program should work correctly under Windows.
At the same time please be aware that Acronis Bootable Rescue CD uses Linux environment and it should have Linux drivers for your RAID array to operate properly with it. So please check if the hard disk drive is recognized correctly in Standalone version of the program.
In order to investigate why the installation was not finished successfully please collect Windows System Information file and MSI log file. Windows System Information file can be collected as described in Acronis Help Post (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317). Here is instruction you can use to get MSI log:
1. Launch the product installation file
2. Once the Acronis product installation screen appears, right-click "Install Acronis True Image Home" item. You should see two options there: Install and Extract. Select Extract
3. Select the path for extracting and click Save.
4. Go to the Run prompt (Start -> Run) and issue the following command: msiexec /i path&msi-name /l*v log-name.log, where the path&msi-name is a path and name of the file you extracted in steps 2-3 and the log-name is a name of the log file to be generated.
For example: msiexec /i C:\AcronisFolder\AcronisTrueImage /l*v C:\log-name.log
5. Pick up log file.
After that please submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/support/) with the attached mentioned files and the link to this thread. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
Thank you
