I have XP sp3 with JAP running while I'm on the web. Do I have to install additional FW with JAP or will it be enough? ???

JAP does not act as a FW. JAP just anonymizes your web browsing. So if you want protection against incoming threats, XP firewall + a hardware firewall should do it. If you want outbound protection, add another FW.
