a pop up called spybotsd.exe in red??

This pops up when I go to shut down my computer and its in red . I think its a problem but not sure and I cannot understand the writing as its not in English,
but this I can read:

SYPBOTSD.EXE

CAN YOU BE OF ANY HELP
