Avira Free Question

I downloaded the installer for Avira Free from their website, but it seems that there isn't an option to choose a destination folder for the install. It attempts to auto itself into my operating system partition when run. I see the box for changing the destination folder above the install status bar but it is grayed out without having given me the option to change it. Is there a way to choose the destination folder? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think what you are seeing is not the installation itself but the decompression of the installer. Once that is done, the real installer starts and you can choose "Custom installation" and select the folder where you want it installed.
